Doctor of Clinical Psychology
Charmain is a clinically trained psychologist with special interests in attachment and issues arising in the perinatal period. Her doctoral thesis focused on supporting new mothers develop secure, loving relationships with their infants.
Charmain provides a safe and supportive environment for her clients, with a caring non-judgemental approach to therapy. She will work collaboratively with you to establish treatment goals, and tailors’ treatment to both you and your families needs using a relationship-based approach that focuses on understanding the links between earlier life experiences and the difficulties that you are currently experiencing.
Charmain is passionate about helping clients understand their own story so they can support their family to flourish in their next chapter.
